What this site is
Content on consignly.org describes planned or future capabilities of Consignly. It is provided for general information only. Features, timing, and availability may change; the site is not an offer to sell or a binding commitment to ship any particular functionality.
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and registering for a Consignly account, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Consignly, including:
- One-time passcodes (OTPs) for account verification and login
- Transactional notifications when your consigned items sell at gear swap events
- Reminders related to your active consignment listings
Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or contact us via the Consignly GitHub repository. Opting out will stop all SMS messages from Consignly; you may need an alternative method to receive verification codes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or break the site or its hosting;
- Use the site to violate applicable law or others’ rights;
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Consignly or its operator.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and branding on this site are owned by the operator or used with permission. You may link to consignly.org. You may not copy the site in bulk for competing commercial use without prior written permission.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and may load assets from third parties (for example Google Fonts). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
